A Cry For Help
A friend of mine is currently debating whether to stay in the UK or return to Canada. For me, given the choice, the answer would be pretty obvious but she wants to weigh up the pros and cons, so could anyone reading this head over and help her out. You can find her post here.

Canada. but i'm highly biased. i can't say anymore, otherwise i'll start insulting my UK friends.
I have to agree with you on this. I think you'd be surprised at how few of your UK friends you would insult. :)
When I was on holiday there the streets looked cleaner, felt safer, everything just seemed better. Obviously not having actually lived there I don't know some of the realities inside and out, such as taxes, health care, wages etc.
The only thing I can think of that would make me pause is the family and friends I'd leave behind.
You can stand at the border and LAAAAAUUUUUUUGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!

Having looked at the blog, I think it's amazing how, given all the positive reviews for Canada, no-one has even hinted that you might all have ulterior motives. You subtle bastards!
The minute I had an interview in NZ, everyone suddenly took a greatly enhanced interest in my career. And how big a place you could get on my salary...
